Public offer
This document is a public offer to use the HORUVIA service. By starting to use the service, you accept the terms of this offer.
1. Subject
The Provider grants access to the HORUVIA software service — an AI assistant for running a business — on a subscription basis. The feature set depends on the chosen plan.
2. How the service is used
Access is provided via the web workspace and Telegram after onboarding. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for actions taken under your account.
3. Payment and subscription
The price is set by the chosen plan and agreed before the service begins. Payment terms and methods are specified when the subscription is arranged.
4. Rights and obligations
The Provider keeps the service operational and protects access. External actions (emails, orders, payments) are performed only after the user's confirmation.
5. Liability
The service is provided «as is». The Provider is not liable for decisions the user makes based on materials prepared by the assistant.
6. Term and termination
The agreement lasts for the subscription term. Either party may stop using the service with notice; refunds follow the «Consumer rights» section.
